'I remember, in the late 1950s, waiting every Saturday night for the Birmingham Sports Argus, a pink paper which covered the local soccer scene and usually contained a Norman Edwards’ cartoon.
I then spent the evening using a pantograph (remember them ?) to enlarge the sketch.
I was only eleven in 1955 when I first started supporting Birmingham City Football Club and an early
memory is of me going to a friend’s house to watch the 1956 F.A. Cup Final between "Blues" and Manchester City on a black and white television.'
